As good as home made . . . Our gourmet bakery treats smell so delicious, you’ll want to share them! And you can . . . they’re made with top quality human grade ingredients, every single ingredient carefully sourced here in the Northeastern United States. Our bakery does things the old-fashioned way—EVERYTHING is done by hand and the decorating is done one special piece at a time.
Our Holiday treats, prepared with our Milk and Honey cookie base, are wheat-free, made with Oat Flour, Rye Flour, Honey, Water, Canola Oil, Nonfat Milk Powder, and Spices, including Cinnamon, Carob, Pumpkin Spice, and Apple Spice. The frosting is a yogurt coating made for us in Pennsylvania and contains only tiny amounts of food coloring.
The guaranteed analysis on these treats is 9.6% crude protein,
10.5% crude fat, <.2% crude fiber, 7.48% moisture, 1.19% ash.
Our bakery is licensed and inspected by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Health. We hold ourselves to very high standards and so does the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture!
